Director of Discipleship
We’re Hiring! Teen Central is hiring a Director of Discipleship for our ministry. Under the care and leadership of the Executive Director, the Director of Discipleship will work intentionally to provide leadership, oversight, and vision to developing systems and strategies for the discipleship of students at Teen Central. The role is heavily relationship-driven and encompasses the core component of creating holistic, easy-to-understand pathways to meet students wherever they are on their faith journey. The goal of student discipleship at Teen Central is to equip our students to know and follow Jesus. This Director of Discipleship role focuses on helping students grow from new believers to active, mature followers of Christ. They will provide strategic leadership and direction to all of the discipleship aspects of the ministry; including Bible Studies. They will work to achieve the mission and vision of Teen Central through growing and strengthening relationships with students and volunteers and implementing Christ-centered discipleship programs for students in grades 5-12.
